Does your company do site jobs?
YES – there is a service charge for call outs and an appointment needs to be made for the job .
Will the machine be disposed if left longer then 7 days or 3 months?
Yes, machines will no longer be kept longer then 7 days after quoting. If an order has been processed then we are willing to keep the machine for two weeks after repaired.
PLEASE NOTE machines will no longer be kept longer then two weeks after quoting or two weeks after given go ahead – unless the machine is waiting on spares or service.
